Project — 23 Lot Residential Subdivision
Location: Freemans Drive, Morisset
Description: Connection of the development ’ s gravity sewer required extension of the existing downstream main to be constructed using shoring boxes to protect adjacent services being undermined with the required 4.0m deep excavation (Lake Macquarie City Council).
TfNSW RMS Roadworks
Project — Construct Intersection
Location: Uni Drive, North Lambton
Description: Relocation of existing services including gas, watermain, overhead and underground HV power and comms. Construction of a new intersection and deceleration lane with heavy bound pavement to service the new development ( Newcastle City Council and RMS specs).
Residential Subdivision
Project – 29 Lot Subdivision, Floraville
Location: Camberwarra Dr, Belmont North
Description: Construction of 1 into 29 lots . Construction of all inter – allotment and road drainage, and installation of all services including sewer water, electrical and NBN. Seeding to all lots and batters, and completion of streetscapes including turf and street trees.

Project — Construct Access for Service Station
Location: East Gosford
Description: Construction of new vehicle crossings, kerb and gutter, stormwater, signage, and line marking.
Roadworks/ stormwater drainage
Project — Construct Cul-de-Sac
Location: Taylors Beach
Description: Construct new Cul-de-Sac to existing dead – end road including stormwater drainage, pavement construction, and service relocations. Works required cast in – situ concrete culvert slab and precast box culverts , dewatering for drainage installation , relocation of existing watermain to new service allocation, and staging works to maintain public access.

Project – 9 Lot Residential Subdivision
Location: Paxton
Description: Bulk earthworks, road pavements, drainage, service s installation, upgrade of existing road frontage with new kerb, drainage, and full depth pavement (Cessnock City Council).

Project — 7 lot Community Titled Residential Subdivision
Location: Melody Lane, Mount Hutton
Description: Construction of 1 into 7 lot subdivision including pavements, precast concrete sleeper and post retaining wall with integrated guard rail , precast tank, concrete driveways, kerb and all services installation.
Roadworks
Project — Roadworks and Driveway Construction
Location: 31-33 Maitland Street, Muswellbrook
Description: External civil works for new entry and exit to service station (S138), road construction with drainage works (WAD). Engage Civil Designer to prepare a temporary works plans including Design RSA and Pre-Opening RSA. Temporary traffic switch with a lateral shift of all 4 lanes to allow for road barriers to be installed.

Location: Hunter Water Valve Pits
Description: Bulk earthworks, installation of new Hunter Water mains precast concrete valve pits, retaining wall, road shoulder widening, kerb and concrete.

Project — Cessnock Wastewater Treatment Works Upgrade – Earthworks Package
Location: Cessnock Wastewater Treatment Plant
Description: Complete bulk earthworks, hard stand area for car park and storage of construction material. All works occurred within an operating Wastewater Treatment Plant which required coordination between several stakeholders.

Project — Carmichael Estate, Stages 3–5
Location: Bellbird
Description: Residential Subdivision Stages 3–5 totalling 56 lots including bulk earthworks, pavements, drainage, and all services. Extensive management of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
Mining
Project – Overburden stripping contract
Location: Teralba Quarry
Description: Overburden stripping works for Cell 1C in Teralba Quarry’s Extraction area including 1,100m2 of vegetation clearing, removal of approx. 100,000m3 overburden and capping of sediment dam. Complex bulk earthworks with elevation change of 21m across the site. A D10 dozer was dry hired to rip the hard rock and utilised to push up to the 45t excavator and loaded into a fleet of 40t articulated dump trucks.
